Poster Session Regulations

1. Poster Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated by a committee composed of experts in the relevant field. The evaluation criteria will include:

• Creativity and originality of the work

• Relevance to the session topic

• Quality and aesthetics of execution

• Clarity and readability of the message

• Innovation in format and use of graphic tools

2. Submission Deadlines

• The deadline for submitting posters is July 31, 2025.

• Submissions received after this date will not be considered.

3. Submission Format and Physical Delivery of Posters

• Posters may be submitted electronically via email to: ptmeiaa@kontres-ptmeiaa.pl

• The physical version of the posters must be delivered on the day of the congress to:
  Hotel Hilton, Grzybowska Street 63, Warsaw, Poland

4. Technical Specifications

• Poster format: A2

• Number of pages: 1 poster page

• File resolution: 120 dpi

• Color mode: CMYK

• Accepted file formats: PDF or TIFF

• Preparation requirements: Posters must be print-ready, of appropriate quality, and must not exceed the specified dimensions.

5. Session Schedule

• Submission deadline: July 31, 2025

• Poster presentations: September 26–28, 2025

• Poster evaluation: August 26–28, 2025

• Announcement of the best works: September 28, 2025

6. Awards, Presentations, and Publications

• The best posters will be awarded.

• Selected works may be published in promotional materials related to the event.

7. Other Organizational Information

• Participants of the poster session are required to comply with these regulations.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the regulations and make decisions on matters not covered by these rules.

• Participants agree to the use of their works for promotional purposes related to the event.
