Medical Students
600 PLN gross
Medical students are required to provide a certificate from their medical university during registration. The registration form allows you to upload a scanned copy of the document.
Doctors with an active medical license (PWZ)
1600 PLN gross
Payments after June 30, 2025
Online Ticket
1 day of participation – 400 PLN gross
2 days of participation – 700 PLN gross
3 days of participation – 850 PLN gross
Doctors
with a foreign
active medical license (PWZ)
1600 PLN gross
Ticket for doctors with active medical license (PWZ) number obtained outside Poland. When registering, please indicate your PWZ number and attach a scan of your diploma confirming your active medical license.
Evening Gala - doctors and student
715 PLN gross
The Gala Evening Ticket can be purchased at the same time as the Congress ticket or separately – after selecting the group of participants in the form above. Choose a convenient option and join a unique evening full of unforgettable experiences!
Evening Gala - accompanying person
715 PLN gross
The gala dinner ticket is intended for persons accompanying Congress participants who are not doctors or medical students. To purchase a ticket, select the ‘Gala Dinner – accompanying person’ group in the form above. Join us for a unique evening full of unforgettable experiences!
Cancellation Policy
- Until July 10, 2025 – free of charge
- After July 10, 2025 – 50% refund of the amount paid
- After August 10, 2025 – no refunds will be issued

The Evening Gala (entertainment part), organised as part of the 23rd International Congress of Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Aging, is not financed by companies affiliated with INFARMA, pharmaceutical companies or medical device manufacturers. The source of financing is separate fees paid by participants.
The cost of participation in the Gala is PLN 715 gross per person and corresponds to the market value of the event.
