Your abstract at the PTMEiAA 2025 Congress
Do you have interesting research results, a new clinical approach or an innovative treatment technique? Share your knowledge with other specialists at the largest aesthetic medicine event in Poland!
The Polish Society for Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine invites doctors and experts to submit abstracts for the XXIII International Congress on Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine to be held on 26-28 September 2025 in Warsaw.
Who can submit an abstract?
We welcome all doctors and specialists involved in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, aesthetic gynaecology, plastic and regenerative surgery and other related fields.
How to submit an abstract?
Abstracts should only be submitted via the online form.
The deadline for submissions is 31 July 2025.
After this date, the form will be deactivated.
What should an abstract contain?
Title of work
Name of author and co-authors
Contact details (e-mail, telephone number, place of work)
Content of abstract (max. 2200 characters or 300 words – excluding graphics, photos and tables)
Keywords
The main theme of the paper
Note: The submitted paper must not have been previously presented at other conferences – national or international.
Evaluation and presentation
Each abstract will be evaluated anonymously by independent reviewers appointed by the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted papers will be informed by 31 August 2025 and the designated presenting author will have 5 minutes to present the paper live at the Congress.
