AMBASSADOR PROGRAM DRAFT – PTMEiAA AESTHETIC AND ANTI-AGING MEDICINE CONGRESS 2025

I. PROGRAM GOAL

The goal of the Ambassador Program is to build the prestige of the PTMEiAA 2025 Congress and increase its visibility within the medical community through collaboration with physicians active on social media. The Program supports the development of a strong, engaged community of professionals and promotes the exchange of knowledge and best practices in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine.

II. TIMELINE

1. Applications to the Program are accepted from the date of announcement until 31 July 2025.

2. Promotional activities carried out by Ambassadors run from the date of signing the agreement until the start of the Congress, i.e., 26 September 2025.

III. PARTICIPATION RULES

1. The Program is open to physicians (e.g., aesthetic medicine practitioners, dermatologists, plastic surgeons) who are professionally active and run social media profiles (min. 1,000 followers). Participants must hold an active license to practice medicine. For verification purposes, the Organizer reserves the right to request the participant’s license number or a scanned copy of their medical diploma.

2. Applications are accepted:
   – by commenting under the official recruitment post on the Organizer’s social media with a justification: “Why should you become an Ambassador of the Congress?”,
   – or by individual invitation from the Organizer.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to select candidates and determine the number of Ambassadors at its sole discretion.

IV. AMBASSADOR’S OBLIGATIONS
The Ambassador agrees to carry out the following activities:

1. Social media publications (Instagram):
   – 2 posts or reels about the Congress published on 20 and 27 August 2025,
   – 2 posts or reels about the Congress published on 9 and 16 September 2025,
   – Each publication must be shared in stories with a tag @ptmeiaa.

2. Discount code:
   – From the date of signing the agreement until 26 September 2025, the Ambassador is obliged to display their individual discount code for their followers:
   • in their profile bio or
   • in a pinned story, post, or reel,
   – The code must be visible throughout the collaboration period.
   – Within 5 days of signing the agreement, the Ambassador will receive:
   • an individual discount code entitling to 15% off the Congress ticket, to be shared with their social media audience,
   • a code for personal registration for a free Congress ticket.

3. Profile activity:
   – The Ambassador agrees to follow the official PTMEiAA Instagram profile throughout the duration of the Program. Following on Facebook and LinkedIn is recommended but not required.
   Failure to meet these obligations may result in cancellation of the ticket and discount code by the Organizer. Individuals who used the code before cancellation retain their right to participate in the Congress.

V. ORGANIZER’S BENEFITS
Each Ambassador who completes all the activities outlined in section IV on time and in full will receive:

1. A free ticket for all 3 days of the PTMEiAA 2025 Congress (26–28 September 2025),

2. A ticket to the official Congress Gala,

3. Promotion of the Ambassador’s profile in the Congress social media channels,

4. The opportunity to obtain educational patronage from the Society for their clinic or practice, or—if they don’t have their own facility—for one selected clinic in which they are currently employed,

5. An invitation to co-host future events (webinars, Q&As, debates),

6. A ceremonial PTMEiAA 2025 Ambassador certificate and a published book. An Ambassador whose code is used by at least 20 doctors will also receive a guaranteed ticket to the PTMEiAA 2026 Congress.

VI. TERMINATION OF COOPERATION

1. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate cooperation with an Ambassador at any time if:
   – The Ambassador fails to complete all required activities,
   – The Ambassador’s actions conflict with the values or image of the Congress,
   – The Ambassador does not respond to communication despite reasonable attempts.

2. In case of termination, the Ambassador forfeits all associated benefits.

VII. CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to these regulations at any time, provided they improve the functioning of the Ambassador Program or adapt its objectives to current organizational needs.
All changes will be announced through the Organizer’s communication channels, and the updated version of the regulations will be made available.
